Spicy Grilled Pork Roll Ups!

Serves 4



  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. dried cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced thin
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Toothpicks to secure

Flatten and Marinate

Place chops in a zipper bag, remove air and seal. Pound… Pound a lot, until it reaches ¼” thin. Add the olive oil, lime juice, salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cilantro to the bag, reseal and let marinate for at least ½ hour.


Cut up the rest of the ingredients. Preheat grill to medium.

Roll em up

Remove chops from bag and lay on a flat surface. Place some avocado slices, jalapeno slices and a piece of cheese on each piece of pork.

Ready for Grill

Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick or two. Place rolls on grill. Cook about 20 minutes flipping often to cook all sides.

Internal temperature should read 145° F.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
