Pesto and Prosciutto Flat Bread Pizza’s!

I am so excited to share this recipe with you all! It was amazing! Even my 15 year old son told me several times how good it was!
I have mentioned how much I adore fresh Pesto Sauce in the past! I really, really do! It is one of my favorite summer flavors, but of course now days it can be made year round! I love that! I have also discovered recently that I quite enjoy prosciutto. Combine the two with fresh tomatoes and spinach, wow!! Total winner dinner!
- 4 flat breads or Naan breads
- 1 cup Pesto Sauce (homemade or your favorite)
- 1 package prosciutto, chopped
- 1 cup spinach julienned
- ½ red onion julienned
- 12 grape tomatoes quarter
- 2 cups Italian blend cheese, shredded
Preheat grill to medium low
Spread each flat bread with some sauce
Divide remaining ingredients between the four pizzas.
Set breads directly on grill grate. Grill for about 7 minutes, checking often so not to burn. Cook until cheese is bubbly.
