These meatballs are perfect for use in soups, sauces or for appetizers! Maybe even a topping for a pizza! The possibilities are almost endless!

Mini Meatballs


1 pound ground beef

1 egg

¼ cup bread crumbs

1 clove garlic crushed

1 tsp oregano

2 tsps Italian Seasoning

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tbsp olive oil


In a large bowl combine all meatball ingredients except the olive oil.

Mix thoroughly, roll into marble sized balls. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat and add the meatballs.
