Lemon Garlic Chicken!

I recently discovered this wonderful chicken at the grocery store in the prepared foods. Our store makes these wonderful meals that are just terrific when you are in a hurry, but don’t want fast food, homemade style where you get an entrée and sides. This chicken is just amazing and while they sell the marinade I really wanted to try to recreate it or make something similar. Feel free to use thighs if you like dark meat better!

Prep: 40 (marinate time)          Cook: 20

Serves 6



  • 3 large boneless chicken breast
  • Juice of one lemons
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tsps. Parsley
  • 2 tsps. Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper


Cut the chicken breast in half and place in a zipper bag. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight. I only have 30 minutes tonight, but the longer it goes, the more flavor you will have.

Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken on grill and cook 5 minutes on each side, then check for internal temperature of 165°F, continue to cook and flip every 2 minutes until correct temperature is reached.
