Herb and Parmesan Elbows!

Quick and easy side dish! It won’t be lacking flavor but the time to make it will be minimal! Great side dish for most any chicken dish! As easy as a boxed pasta mix, but much better tasting and healthier! This was served with my Roast Garlic Chicken Breasts!
Since I have been a mom I have tried to minimalize how much processed food goes on my dinner table! I hate to read the ingredients and see how much garbage goes into a lot of these things. It is so nice to really whip up something quick and easy, but not have to use a boxed product!
1 package elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon Italian Herb paste (in summer I just grab a bunch of Italian parsley, basil and oregano out of the garden and chop it up!)
2 tbsp. garlic infused olive oil
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
2 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese for top
Prepare macaroni as per directions on package, drain and return to pot.
Add everything except the SHREDDED . Pour into serving bowl and top with the shredded Parmesan.
