By: Kecia’s Flavor Breakthrough!
It’s grillin’ time and time to empty out my freezer. So tonight, on the menu is a lovely strip steak for my Honey and turkey cutlets for me and my boy. These cutlets will be loaded with flavor and served with my Golden Herb and Feta Rice and a delicious Greek Inspired Cucumber and Tomato Salad! I can’t wait for this delicious, healthy meal!
- 2 turkey breast cutlets
- Juice from one lemon
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. mint
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. Greek seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place cutlets in a zipper bag. Add the remaining ingredients to the bag, seal and massage into the cutlets. Marinate for at least ½ hour up to 24 hours. Preheat the grill to medium high. Place the cutlets on the grill for 5 minutes, flip and repeat. Flip one last time and cook an additional 2 minutes or until turkey is cooked through or 165°F.
Look how juicy they are!
Serve hot with a nice salad and a scoop of some Golden Herb and Feta Rice.
