Cheesy Garlic Flat Bread!

OK, tonight is all about left overs. I like left overs, well some of them. Tonight is soup and I didn’t know what to serve with it! Oh! Wait! I have one flat bread left from some pizzas I made last night and it is only myself and my Honey, so hey! Cheesy Garlic Flat Bread was born. Fantastic side and I think a great appetizer as well! Heck! I could eat this thing for a meal! Enjoy!
Prep Time: 5 Cook Time: 10
- 1 Naan Bread
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp. Parsley
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan
Preheat oven to 450*F
Place Naan Bread on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Mix the olive oil, garlic and parsley together and spread over the bread.
Cover with the mozzarella an sprinkle with the Parmesan.
Place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown and is very bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool a couple of minutes before cutting.
