Buffalo Chicken Wraps!
By: Kecia’s Flavor Breakthrough!
My husband is a wing fanatic! So I am making these just for him tonight! I am grilling out, I can do that year round, so I think he will be really pleased with this idea and change up from just grilled chicken!
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ an onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ cup of your favorite wing sauce
- ¼ cup of either ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 4 medium sized flour tortillas
Preheat grill to Medium
Season your chicken with salt and pepper. Place the onion in a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with the olive oil and wrap up. Place foil packet on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, turn and cook another 5 minutes, flip again. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 3 minutes, flip both foil packet and chicken and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove from grill. CAREFULLY open the foil packet, it will be hot! Place some chicken on the tortillas and top with the onion. Drizzle with the wing sauce and dressing. Top with the celery and lettuce. Rollup and serve!
