Buffalo Chicken Burgers!

My husband love Buffalo wings! Loves them. I thought that he might… just maybe love this burger, too! I will be doing my Spinach and Feta Turkey Burger only with chicken for myself! I think he will like the Buffalo version much better, though! These are so easy to make, too!!!
Serves 3 to 4 depending on how big you make your patties
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce or your favorite, divided
- 1/5 cup minced onion
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 4 buns
Preheat grill to medium.
Mix together chicken, ½ a cup sauce and onion.
Form into patties. Place on grill and cook 5 minutes each side. Check to make sure it is done if not cook an additional 2 minutes each side.
Place patties on bottom of buns.
Drizzle with remaining sauce and blue cheese dressing.
Top with some lettuce and top of bun. Serve with some Super Simple Slaw! Or some cold veggies! By the way, these were so good, my husband ate two!
And I changed my mind and one of these Buffalo Chicken Burgers, I was surprised at how much I liked them as well!
