White Garlic Chicken Pizza
By: Kecia’s Flavor Breakthrough!
I never experienced a white garlic pizza until I moved back here to Upstate NY. I don’t eat it very often, but I love it!. Imagine the best piece of garlic bread ever on with cheese and pizza toppings. Yummy.
Crust of your preference *
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp granulated sugar
2/3 cup war water (105* to 115*F)
1 2/3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 tbls Italian seasoning
1 tbsp corn meal
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup cook chicken breast diced
1 cup julienned fresh basil
1 ½ cup mozzarella or sliced fresh mozzarella would be amazing
¼ cup shredded parmesan
½ tbsp Italian seasoning
* Lots of times we like a French Bread pizza, tonight I am using a recipe I found on the web for use in my Cuisinart. I added the Italian seasoning and rising in the oven.

Preheat oven to 175*
In liquid measuring cup dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let stand until foamy, about 3 – 5 minutes
Insert dough or metal chopping blade in work bow, add flour, olive oil, salt and Italian seasoning. With machine running pour the liquid mixture through the feed tube as fasta s the flour absorbs it. Process until dough cleans the sides of the work bowl and forms a ball. Then process for 30 seconds to knead dough. Dough may be slightly sticky.
Turn off oven. Spray oven proof bowl with olive oil and put dough in bowl. Spray top of dough with oil. Cover with towel an place in oven for 45 minutes to rise.
Remove dough from oven. Lightly flour flat surface and roll dough out onto it, punch down and roll out round as large as you wish.
Sprinkle Cornmeal over pan and place dough on top of cornmeal. My pan is large so my dough was thin… just like we like it. Now follow pizza directions.
Preheat oven to 375*
In a small bowl mix together butter, olive oil and garlic pop in microwave for 20 seconds.
Spoon mixture evenly over the crust.Spread the chicken to top the butter, now spread the basil.
Sprinkle the mozzarella or spread the slices of mozzarella, now the parmesan and finally sprinkle the Italian seasoning.
