Pesto Pork Chops!
By: Kecia’s Flavor Breakthrough!
Pork chops! Yum! Going to grill these bad boys tonight, too. That makes them extra tasty! This is a simple recipe that will be delicious and satisfying, too.
- 2 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. prepared pesto sauce, divided
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish mix the wine, olive oil and one tablespoon of the pesto sauce together.
Lay the pork in the marinade and let stand for at least a ½ hour.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place the pork on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip and repeat. Flip again and go an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill, top with the remaining pesto and Parmesan, cover with foil. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve with a simple rice or pasta and a healthy veggie! I served it with my Italian Rice Pilaf!
Note: These turned out amazingly tender and juicy! I will be making them again soon!
