Easy Carrots and Green Beans!

I was making two new recipes for spring and I really needed a good veggie side. So, I don’t have photos step by step because I did this on the fly! But it really was very good! SO here are the directions and ingredients for you!
- 1 brunch string beans, about two cups
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic and herb blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place carrots and beans in about 1” of water in a saucepan with a lid. Bring to a boil and let cook about 4 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and place remainder of ingredients in pan with vegetables. Cover until butter melts. Stir and put into serving dish. Serve hot. I served with my Spring Chicken and Springtime Risotto.
