Ditellini and Spinach!

Just a little side dish to go along with my Chicken Italiano (posting soon!) tonight for the guys. It will be full of flavor while I sneak in a little vegetable for them. It will be the perfect little dish for it.
- 1 Cup Ditellini Pasta
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup Spinach Julienned
- ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- ½ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Cook pasta according to directions on box, al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil over medium heat in the same pot. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add pasta back into the pot and stir to heat through.
Sprinkle with the cheese add milk and salt and pepper and red pepper flakes.
Stir to completely combine. Serve hot.
