Chili Cheese Dip!

I feel like snackin’ today and there is nothing more satisfying than a hot cheesy, meaty dip! I also have some of my favorite 3 Bean and Beef Chili in the freezer! I see OPPORTUNITY here!! I love jumping at a good opportunity! I love using left overs and this will be a super way to do it! You can even use a canned chili if you wish as well.
Serves a crowd
- 3 cups of your favorite chili (3 Bean and Beef Chili)
- 1 block cream cheese softened
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of your favorite corn or tortilla chips
In a sauce pan, heat the chili until hot. (I know… a bit blurry)
Add cream cheese and stir until melted into the chili.
Stir in the cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
Serve hot with the chips.
This was a true winner in the house today! It made a lot of dip and I tell you what! Three of us polished it off in a hurry… no dinner tonight!
