Beefy Onion Rice!

Something to go with the Grilled Sirloin Beef Tip Steaks I am making tonight! Beef stock and onions complete the delicious flavor to this light rice dish!
- One small onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp. marsala wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
In saucepan heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and sauté until onion becomes slightly translucent. Add rice to the pot, stir to coat with the onion and herbs.
