BBQ Pork Tenderloin Medallions!
By: Kecia’s Flavor Breakthrough!
I have a lovely pork tenderloin in my refrigerator tonight, I want to make something I think everyone will enjoy but I am feeling a bit lazy, so I want it to be super easy! This recipe couldn’t be easier and when I cook pork on the grill like this, my Honey love it! It comes out tender and juicy. I will be featuring my friend Patty Anderson’s BBQ sauce in this recipe, link will be included! Feel free to use whatever you like, but Patty’s is an amazing sauce and dressing creator! I have used her dressing many times! I will be serving this with my Super Simple Slaw tonight and Bacon Cheddar Chive Mashed Potatoes.
- 1 pork tenderloin, sliced in 1 ½ inch thick slices
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Great Northern BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)
Place tenderloin slices in a shallow dish.
Mix together balance of ingredients except for the BBQ Sauce.
Pour marinade over the tenderloin. Let marinate for at least ½ hour.
Preheat grill to medium. Place tenderloins on grill and cook for five minutes, flip and cook an additional five minutes. Check internal temperature. It should be at least 145° F. If it is not, I go another 2 minutes on each side and check again. Remove from grill and cover. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
Drizzle sauce over pork and serve. MMM!
