1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 cup cream
½ cup Romano cheese shredded
½ cup Parmesan shredded
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
In medium saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and cook while stirring for about one minute.
Add cream and heat through while stirring until hot.
Slowly whisk in cheeses and add oregano, salt and pepper stir. If it is too thick for you, add a little more cream or milk. I like it a little thick for when I stir it into pasta.
Stir into pasta while both pasta and sauce are still hot. Or let cool slightly before spreading on your pizza.
